They are trained in anesthesia, surgical assistance, patient monitoring, and many other vital areas of pet care. These technicians compliment our veterinarians, adding another set of trained eyes to monitor your hospitalized pet. We take pride in having one of the largest groups of Registered Veterinary Technicians in Northeast Ohio. After all, doesn’t your pet deserve the very best of care? You will see the registered technicians during routine appointments, while visiting a hospitalized pet, or at time of release of your pet. Pet Care Assistants
Pet care assistants are responsible for feeding, bathroom breaks, and assuring your pet is clean and comfortable while in our care. They frequently give TLC to our hospitalized patients to help alleviate the stress of being away from home. They are in close contact with our registered technicians and veterinarians updating them on a patient’s condition and charting all valuable parameters during the hospital stay. If your pet needs additional attention, they are perfect for the job.
